01. Introduction
Welcome to Bunce Group. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, payment channels, sandbox interfaces, and compliance environments (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Bunce Group and you, whether acting personally or on behalf of an entity. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services.
02. Scope of Services
Bunce Group delivers digital infrastructure templates, compliance interfaces, and fintech APIs, including adapters designed for digital currency (CBDC) settlement alignment, VAT compliance, and testing frameworks.
- Access Grant: Subject to compliance, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access right to our sandbox environments and interfaces.
- Compliance Guidelines: Users operating e-invoicing adapters or remittance tracking systems must adhere to local regulatory and digital directives.
03. User Accountability & Registration
To interface with Bunce Group APIs, users may be required to register credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details and protect your client tokens or secret keys.
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your client credentials. Bunce Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate keys that violate security guidelines or exceed authorized throughput parameters.
04. Regulatory & Data Compliance
Data compliance is critical. All data processed via our platforms must align with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and international data safety norms. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents for customer data transmitted through our services.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunce Group and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the GovTech APIs or payment settlement networks.
06. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of our platforms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively within the commercial courts of Accra, Ghana.
